I made the move into art as a form of therapy. It helped me to focus and reflect; helping towards better management of my own longstanding anxiety and depression. Suffering from anxiety and depression from an early age the solution had always been medication. This was fine for a while however I wanted to develop non-medical solutions for managing this. I found this through art. As I began to share my art with my friends and family as well as online and was overwhelmed by the positive feedback. I realised that art was something I could use to help others as well as myself.
